Expo 2030

Saudi Vision 2030, launched on April 25, 2016, by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, is a strategic framework aimed at reducing the country’s dependence on oil, diversifying its economy, and developing public service sectors. This initiative is driven by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman and overseen by the Council of Economic and Development Affairs (CEDA). It addresses three primary themes:

A Vibrant Society: This theme focuses on promoting urban development, culture, entertainment, sports, Umrah, life expectancy, and preserving UNESCO heritage sites.

A Thriving Economy: The goal here is to boost employment, increase the participation of women in the workforce, enhance international competitiveness, develop the Public Investment Fund, attract foreign direct investment, and expand non-oil exports.

An Ambitious Nation: This aspect targets increasing non-oil revenues, enhancing government effectiveness, implementing e-government solutions, and improving household savings and income, along with fostering non-profits and volunteering.
